Here’s a handy little cream blush. Completely mess and hassle free. You just pop the lid off, wind up the blush, stripe it on to the cheeks and lightly blend. The result is a pretty flush that’s a lot easier to wear than you’d expect – it’s not sheer, exactly, but neither are the colours particularly highly pigmented. They’re just a nice happy medium; easy-to-blend, good staying-power and a touch of shimmer and gleam from the “highlighting” stripe.
You can see from the photograph that there are three stripes of colour altogether – this is for aesthetic qualities more than anything else, I would have thought, as I can’t imagine that many people will use the highlighter or blushes separately. Of course, you could turn the stick to the side and use the coral shade on your lips, but it’s kind of a cumbersome way of doing things, isn’t it? The Fine One One works best as a light and creamy blush, I think. I do like that the highlighter stripe can be run along the top of the cheekbone whilst the blush does its work beneath – it’s actually a very nice idea.
