Omorovicza are doing their amazing facials again at Urban Retreat in Harrods. I went for one the last time around and it was incredible. My face looked and felt as though it had been taken off, given a few weeks’ holiday and then moulded back on. (Sorry for that grotesque imagery – I’m writing this hungry, which always results in bizarre sentences!) The therapist did this amazing fluttery thing with her hands that started off as being quite uncomfortable but then felt really amazing – it has a facelift effect that’s actually quite remarkable! Besides this, there’s just absolutely top-notch deep cleansing and moisturising and extractions if you require them.

Facials start from £100 (it’s £110 for the Gold Firming Facial) and you get 75 minutes of extreme bliss as well as a product worth £50. So really, it’s fifty quid – for a full-on, total-luxury facial! Also, if you decide to buy anything, you’ll get another product for free, so it’s actually quite a good way to do things if you need to re-stock on Omorovicza! (May I sincerely recommend the Deep Cleansing Mask and the Queen of Hungary Mist? I swear by them!)
