I filmed the video for this post way back in early November and then promptly forgot about it. That does happen sometimes, especially if I’ve been doing a lot of filming at once, but I can’t actually quite believe that I forgot to publish this one, because it took me ages to make.

The video is totally self-explanatory, but as usual I still feel the need to waffle on with a few words of nonsense beforehand! This one’s all about what I use to cleanse my skin when it’s feeling a little sensitive – that’s usually after beauty shoots or long periods of travelling. I also use many of the products shown in the video when I’m on holiday, because they’re great for applying to skin that has been exposed to the sun. (Please note that I haven’t said that they’re great to apply to sunburnt skin!) The Avene products have long been a staple element of my skincare routine, as have those from Caudalie, but the Intral cream from Darphin is relatively new to me, and I really rate it. It is instantly soothing in a way that is almost medicinal (if that makes any sense?!) yet it still feels luxurious and special. Nice one to pop into your in-flight luggage, as it’s intensely hydrating, too.
