Last Minute Christmas Shopping Bargains

Hopefully you’re all finished up with your Christmas shopping and you can sit back and relax, smug in the knowledge that all you have left to pick up is a sack of potatoes and a family tin of Quality Street. Unfortunately, I am still floundering about like some kind of demented cod, trying to plan dinners from Nigella Christmas and making long and pointless lists of all the people we may or may not see and who may or may not turn up with a lovely gift for which we will have no gift in return… I know we don’t give to receive, blah blah blah, but it isn’t half embarrassing when someone produces an array of beautifully wrapped presents and you come up empty handed!

So, if you still need inspiration then please do browse through the Christmas Gift Guides and take a look at some of the bargains that I’ve managed to fish out from the world wide web. Most of these can be ordered online and either delivered to your home the next day or dropped off at a store for pickup.

Firstly, The Body Shop (selection pictured above from last week’s post) has another code running – £15 off if you spend £30 here. The code you need to use is “19805”. There’s no in-store pickup but if you use express delivery and order by tomorrow night then you’ll get your stuff in time for Christmas.

roger and gallet soap set

Marks and Spencer has a massive 50% off many of the luxury beauty gift sets including some really lovely ones from Roger & Gallet. Click here for the Fleur de Figuier Coffret, reduced from £32 to £16 – it includes a 100ml fragrance as well as shower gel and body lotion.

luxury hand creams

The Roger & Gallet hand creams (pictured above, amongst the throng!) are down from £17.50 to £8.75, here.

ren gift sets sale

Possibly best of all, though, are the REN gift sets. I want them all. The Rose Duo set has two full-size Rose Otto products and is reduced from £36 to £18 here. The little blue set of minis is £7 (!) and includes four bestsellers from the Rose Otto and Neroli ranges. You can find that here.

elemis traveller christmas gift

For more beauty bargains, FeelUnique has a 3-for-2 deal running on some major brands; I’m particularly drawn to the Elemis gift sets, including the wonderful “traveller” that I featured last week. The offer page is here. Alternatively if you spend £65 or more on Elemis then you can get quite a lovely free gift, which would make a nice present for someone in itself! Details here.

Right, I’m off to choose which dessert I’m going to attempt for Christmas dinner and do an online Tesco order – I must remember the potatoes. I forgot last year and there was almost a meltdown from Mr AMR, who would happily just eat a plate of roasties.
