The first video to come along in my ‘Autumn Winter Makeup Collections’ series, which is a series that I kind of wish I hadn’t started. There’s a lot of makeup to get through, let me tell you! Anyway, I have just picked my favourite collections and brands and even then I have only pulled out the things that I really, really like. Because it’s already taking me so long, I might have to start bundling a few things into each video, otherwise it’ll be Spring-Summer 2012 before I finish!
Heroes of the Modern Mercury collection? Definitely the Nude Velvet lipstick and the Illuminating Gelée. Which seems to have sold out almost everywhere. I shall do some detective work and see if I can hunt any down online, but you may want to try your local counter and see if they have any hidden away! It truly is a lovely product – a warm, pinkish-gold tinted illuminator that buffs really smoothly into the skin. Have a look at the video and tell me what you think! You may want to skip the initial minute or so of complete and utter babble that comes out of my mouth…
P.S. the jumper is my new Argyle-style Uniqlo sweater! I love it so much that I am refusing to take it off until I have secured a reserve for it – I may go for the same colour, I may opt for a different one, I haven’t decided yet. I haven’t seen them instore yet but they are online here: UNIQLO FINE MERINO ARGYLE
