Edward Bess Quad Royale in Monte Carlo

Edward Bess Quad Royale in Monte Carlo All Hail Edward Bess’s Quad Royale, bringer of cheeky apricot hues and brilliant peachy tones! I know you’re all peached out after yesterday’s exploits (see Peach Cobbler-ed) but this little face powder does deserve an extra mention. It’s just an excellent peachy blush, and because there are four different tones it gives the powder a really fresh, perky finish. It’s an instant innocent glow for the cheeks and I adore the sleek packaging, it’s very luxe. The brush isn’t at all bad (I never thought I’d say that about a brush in a compact!) and the huge mirror is a real bonus. You can actually – y’know – see your face as you apply your blush.

Take a look at yesterday’s video if you missed it – you can see quite well how the Quad Royale looks after one application. It’s surprisingly pigmented.

Well-priced for a luxury, niche item: £35 from Zuneta.com!
