Something slightly different in video-world this week, just to shake things up a bit. If you like the idea, I’ll do more. This is a little film dedicated purely to makeup reviews – more specifically, makeup reviews that have been requested by readers here on the website or people who follow my Twitter or Instagram feeds. The Eve Lom makeup range review has been the most-requested so far this year and I finally posted that up yesterday (see here) but please do let me know your suggestions for future review videos. I’ll do my best to oblige!

In this, the first of the Beauty Review videos, I demonstrate some pieces from the Eve Lom makeup range, but I also feature the Opalescence Powder from Clarins, a new-ish CC Cream from Bourjois, The Retoucher concealer from Charlotte Tilbury and the brilliant L’Extraordinaire liquid lipsticks from L’Oreal. A nice little mix, I think, and I’m already looking forward to putting together an interesting selection for the next lot of reviews. I have some new bits and bobs in mind that should be quite entertaining to see on video…
