The Best Concealers for Tired Eyes

by | Nov 11, 2011

concealers for tired eyesI have been absolutely shattered this week (burning far too many candles at all ends!) and so my dark circles have made a bit of an appearance. I thought that I’d do a little video about my favourite cover-ups – with a few extras such as eye creams and highlighters thrown in for good measure. You’ll notice that nearly all of the concealers are light and creamy formulas that can be patted in with the fingertips – I don’t mind the ‘solid’ textures (I’ve included the Soap & Glory Kick Ass but Benefit Boing is another great one, as is Laura Mercier’s Secret Camouflage) but I find that the runnier creams are quicker and easier to apply. Just personal preference. If you want to use a concealer from a pan rather than a tube, make sure you use clean fingertips to apply – it melts the product slightly meaning that you won’t have to drag the skin underneath your eyes when you apply it!
