I have only just read the bottle properly and realised that this calming mist can also be used on the body – what a bonus! I had wondered. One supposes that if something is gentle enough to spray onto bedlinen, it’s gentle enough to spray onto skin, but you can never be too sure and I do tend to err on the side of caution!
I find this ‘pillow mist’ fragrance genuinely calming – as the years go by (violins, please!) I am more and more drawn to scent and aromatherapy as a means of relaxation. Recently I talked about my use of Aveda’s ‘Chakra 2’ throughout the day as a bit of an ‘uplift’, and I have also become quite enamoured with a spritzer that is supposed to rid the body of electro-static something or other…
Anyway, I have been misting ‘Yin’ over my pillows and bedsheets and it’s wonderfully fresh and clean-smelling. It just smells…green. The beautiful packaging makes it a good gift choice, too, and the price is very reasonable at £13.90. I like it a lot!
