“And here we have…”

Bonjour! Happy Saturday! Here I am with my monthly round-up of beauty launches, favourite products, interesting and brilliant purchases…and I’m punctual as ever! Sit and have a cuppa and watch me blather on – you know you want to! Two things to add to my round-up that aren’t in the video but are nevertheless hugely important: Keep Calm and Shop, my new luxury online shopping guide, and ‘My Mum Says‘, which is my mum’s online mouthpiece for her beauty views. Nobody is censoring her (yet!) so it makes for a pretty amusing read!

The makeup I’m wearing in this video is a beach-to-bar look I’m working on – simple and quick. I did shoot a video showing how I did it but the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser I used looked far too shiny – it was like I had rubbed butter all over my face and then added a spritz of baby oil! So, that video has been scrapped and I’m working hard to find the very best products to survive heat and humidity. It’s definitely not going to be anything with in-built illuminators!
