Rococo Nail Apparel: Baby Metals and Nude Wardrobe

by | Feb 25, 2011

I popped down to the Sanderson this morning to meet the wonderful (and stunningly gorgeous) sisters behind Rococo Nail Apparel. Ange and Vernice have been professional manicurists for over 15 years and their own-brand polish, Rococo, is excellent; great staying power, easy-to-apply formulas and fashion-forward shades. The event was being held to introduce the new ‘Baby Metals’ polish – so metallic that they make nails look as though they’ve actually been gilded – but there was something else that caught my eye.

Being a bit of a nude shade fanatic (and also incredibly nosy) I grilled the girls on future launches and it turns out that Rococo will be introducing something of a Nude Shade ‘Wardrobe’ with a whole array of different shades and undertones. It will be possible to match the polish to your skintone (making your nails look really elongated) or choose a contrasting colour (as I did) to really show off the shape of your nails.

Great for taking your nails through the tanned heights of summer and on into the blueish, freezing depths of winter! This set will hopefully be ready for our summer hols – I can’t wait!

The Baby Metals are priced at £12 and are available in SpaceNK or Agua at the Sanderson from next week.
