This is me, basking in the sun. Shock horror! I know you’re not supposed to sunbathe anymore, but check this out:
I went to a skin cancer specialist to have some moles looked at (everyone should get this over and done with if they are concerned, like I was). He said that sun was essential for your health, and a little every day was a good thing.
Note that I said a little, and I will add that he was talking about good-old Britain, where 25 degrees is considered to be a meltdown. Probably the same doesn’t apply if you live in the middle of the Sahara, or spend the entire day oiled up on your patch of roof that London estate agents call a ‘terrace’.
So catch some rays! I was catching them in Istanbul, which was a pleasant 30-something-degrees. Nice. Especially in full make-up and wearing five layers of black Fendi!
