Slicking hair back – the ultimate greasy hair saviour!

by | Mar 4, 2010

This was me in the Times yesterday. I am loving the hair and make-up, mainly because this hair is so ridiculously time friendly yet still looks chic and cool.

It has to be the ultimate style for getting by with very greasy hair! Simply centre part the hair (make sure it’s a sharp centre parting to retain the sleekness of the style) and brush the hair back into a low ponytail. A little product is helpful to tame flyaways and any odds and ends that may be sticking out! A small amount of Frizz-ease Secret Agent finishing cream, or other finishing product would work a treat. Secure the low ponytail and twist hair round until it forms a neat bun. Keywords here: sleek and smooth!
This look needs a bit of make-up going on to contrast with the simplicity of the hair.
I’m loving the dark eye here and the very slightly ‘eighties’ contouring beneath the cheekbone.
Keep lips fairly natural to avoid looking as though you’ve just auditioned for a Robert Palmer video.
