1) Look at this – a nice little treat if you can find it! With every purchase of Reve Elixir you get a mini perfume and a teeny candle. Very sweet. I think so, anyway – me and my miniatures obsession! I have a feeling it’s in-store only, but they stock Van Cleef & Arpels at John Lewis and Harrods so see if you can snap one up. The fragrance itself is quite heady and exotic, with loads of Neroli and fruity and floral notes packed in over an ambery base. Very feminine, but a sensual, grown-up feminine rather than anything girlishly fresh.

2) Behold the animals in their weird, pastel-coloured habitat. I really must get on with painting my house – I’ve been here for over six months now! Look at that skirting board! And my piles of washing that need sorting and my Supra trainer that has no friend because Dexter has hidden it somewhere… Ugh! If only you could tie hoovers and dusters to your pets so that they helped to clean the house as they ran about! Hold on…that’s not a bad idea…
