Oooh. Another Nude Makeup Palette?

makeup review

Can we ever have too many nude makeup palettes? I think not. This one from Wild About Beauty is a very nice pick for the summer-into-autumn months – the tones are richer and slightly more sultry than the natural shades you’d get in your average palette. I also love that there’s a mixture of cream and powder formulas – I’ve been using the creamier shades as a base and then “sticking” the powder shadows to the base. All of the tones complement one another, so blending is easy. There are four shadows in the palette, then one multi-purpose tint (eyes, lips, cheeks, whatever) and a lip gloss. The two larger products are a cream highlighter and a powder blush. Everything’s quite subtle, but entirely buildable and mix-and-matchable. Foolproof makeup, really…

must put this palette into a video soon – the problem is, I think I may have mislaid it. It’s in my beauty room somewhere, I’m sure of it, but equally it could be in Bruges. (Don’t ask.) When I find it, I’ll video it. Scout’s Honour. It’ll probably have gone off the shelves by then but I hope not!

In the meantime, if you want to take a closer look at the shades, it’s here on FeelUnique.com – £29 with free delivery. I really like the products from Wild About Beauty  – natural, gorgeous shades and formulas. Right up my street!
