I have spent the past week testing out two products from the l’Occitane’s not-yet-launched Immortelle Divine range. Well, obviously I have been doing other stuff as well. things like working and emailing and planning world domination, but I have most definitely given the Immortelle Divine a good old testing.
The ‘Divine Eyes’ and ‘Divine Extract’, a gorgeously lightweight but very potent serum, will be the newest (and, I think, most expensive) addition to the existing Immortelle range. These products are based around the beauty elexir that is Immortelle essential oil, which restores vitality to the skin and helps to preserve the skin’s youthfulness, but are also packed with other ingredients, such as Myrtle to regenerate and rejuvenate and hylauronic acid to instantly plump the skin.
The Divine range comes in considerably more expensive than the existing Immortelle products, with the eye treatment at £45 and the serum at £65, and so very much feel like l’Occitane’s ‘premium range’. With good reason; they have an instant effect on the skin – mine was brighter, firmer and plumper, and the skin around my eyes felt tighter and lifted. After a week, my skin looks in very good shape.
The serum is light, non-greasy and is great if you have oily skin – I actually felt that it went some way in counteracting my oiliness this week! The great thing about this product is that it provides all of the potency of a complete anti-ageing product without being too heavy for slightly younger skins! Followed with a light moisturiser, I think that this serum could be used on even very oily skin without a problem.
So there: my new little anti-ageing treats, in their bright yellow bottles! Now the very exciting bit: I have a set of brand new Divine products to give away to one of my followers! Yes – one lucky (devout!) follower of A Model Recommends will receive a Divine Extract, worth £65 and a Divine Eyes, worth £45. Nice!
