The sun has started to pop out this week, and I have the sudden, impatient urge to look gorgeously sunkissed like a Californian babe. My face, however, is not gorgeously sunkissed whatsoever – even though I spent a whole day on my roof terrace with olive oil rubbed into my face (joke!) it is refusing to play ball, and is still pale.
